The primary textile used in our collection is called PET fabric and it is derived from type "#1" recyclable plastic. The main source of this plastic is everyday water and beverage bottles - one of the world’s most common types of consumer packaging. Leather comes from a sophisticated supplier that has transformed the tanning process through the use of alternative and renewable sources of energy, specialized equipment, recycling, and the latest available technology in leather manufacturing. Mosey is very picky about the metal components & plating processes used to create their proprietary hardware - in fact, every metal part on their bags has been custom-made to their exact specifications. They have a "lead free and nickel free" policy for all metal parts.
