Frequently Asked Questions
1 - I can no longer find an item previously available on the site. How may I purchase it?
If an item cannot be found on the site, it is not available for sale at the present time.
2 - How may I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We accept Canada Post money orders.
We only accept personal cheques if they are certified by your financial institution.
If you wish to pay by money order or certified personal cheque, please contact us to place your order. We will ship the order upon receiving payment.
3 - May I use a credit voucher or gift card from the Éfémer boutique for an online purchase?
The boutique, located in Gatineau, Quebec, and the website are separate entities. Unfortunately, credit vouchers and gift cards may not be used to make an online purchase.
4 - I have misplaced my personal password. How may I retrieve it?
Click on the “Customer account” tab, type in your email address and click on “Lost password”. You will receive your password in an email.
5 - The website malfunctioned and a purchase was charged to my credit card twice. How can I cancel the second transaction?
We apologize for any inconvenience. To cancel the second transaction, please send an email to purchase@efemer.com and specify your name, the order number and the confirmation number. We will cancel the second order and payment, and send you a confirmation email.
6 - I want to send gifts to different people. How may I have these items shipped to each person’s address?
You may have items shipped to different addresses. However, you must make a different order for each address. Each package will be sent to the address provided in your order. Each transaction will also be charged separately to your credit card.
